Shubham Raj

Shubham Raj is a Research Scholar in the Department of Civil Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. His prime area of research lies in building materials. He has worked on low cost and sustainable housing technology like rammed earth, industrial waste utilization, utilization of recycled aggregate in concrete etc. At present he is working on the development of foaming agents for stable aqueous foam generation and enhancement of lightweight concrete characteristics with sustainable binder systems.
